Having begun his career is 2003, Chef Ali Reza stuck to what he does best – Persian Food and worked at the Olympic Hotel, Tehran from 2008-2009 and later at Divan Restaurant, from 2010-2016.
Chef Ali Reza is an expert with creating the very popular ‘kebab’ and numerous varieties that come with it, at the same time perfecting vegetarian recipes with fresh salads as well as traditional sweets.
