With more than 2 decades of experience in the culinary field, Chef Moghadam arrived in Doha in 2011 and joined the preopening team of The Ritz-Carlton Sharq Village, Doha straight for Iran, his mother land. He is the mastermind behind the first launch of Parisa concept as he contributed to both openings in The Ritz-Carlton Sharq Village, Doha as well as Souq Waqif. Later in 2020, Chef Moghadam brought his precious expertise to Al Messila, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, opening the third Parisa restaurant in Doha. His cuisine takes inspiration from the authentic recipes of ancient Persia, revamped with a modern twist. His signature dish?
